ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT GROUP is the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT division of Acquisition Realty, LLC. We can effectively and efficiently tend to the needs of property owners who may not have the time to dedicate to the property. We evaluate each property and its financial condition.
We are currently managing over 1,000 residential units in New York City. Some of these units are rent control and rent stabilized. We deal directly with the DHCR. We work with the owner in the deregulation process once a unit has obtained its maximum potential or due to vacancy.
We also manage commercial units in Queens and Brooklyn. Some of our duties include leasing, additional rent collections, i.e. water & sewer adjustments, and real property tax increases, if any. We also routinely cross reference the property to insure that there are no outstanding violations with the Building Department. Our property managers are also registered Expeditors with the NYC Department of Buildings.
We are available for all your property needs, Residential and Commercial. Some of our services include, but are not limited to: Real Estate Management, and Violations Removal and Expediting. Our management fees are Comepetitive.
We offer a premium service to all our clients, including 24 hour on-call service.
